Empire offers many different kinds of leases, all leases requires a 3-year initial commitment guarantee which then rolls over to a convenient annual comittment:
- Ice Machines
- Premium Lease: Requires an oversized machines and includes maintenance and service for the term of the lease.
- Basic Lease: Standard sized machines including two free service calls per year (parts included) and one preventative maintenance call in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
- Essential Lease: A slightly undersized machine for those whose businesses are seasonal and there is a desire for economy. Only one preventative maintenance call is included, service is not.
- Walk-In Refrigeration
- Empire leases certain types of standard-sized walk-in refrigerators and freezers
- Other Refrigeration
- We also routintely lease other types of refrigeration common in commercial kitchens including preperation tables, pizza tables, reach-in and bar back coolers.
Empire Cooler’s leasing programs do not include:
- Equipment relocation, reinstallation, or temporary removal of equipment.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting an ice maker from a fountain beverage machine.
- Cleanings beyond the manufacturer's recommendations.
