Empire Cooler’s leasing program includes:
- Equipment Installation, white glove delivery, and startup check.
- Emergency ice delivery or reimbursement for mechanical failure.
- Repair services and parts to keep the equipment functioning according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Preventative maintenance according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
- Removal of the equipment.
Empire Cooler’s leasing program does not include:
- Equipment relocation, reinstallation, or temporary removal of equipment.
- Complimentary ice delivery when the equipment is not broken or requires out of scope service.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting an ice maker from a fountain beverage machine.
- Cleanings beyond the manufacturer's recommendations.
