Out of Scope Services & Charges

Modified on Tue, 25 Jun, 2024 at 1:22 PM

When can you expect additional charges in our leasing program?

1. Equipment relocation, move, or re-installation.

2. Equipment disconnection and reconnection to a fountain beverage unit.

3. Ice delivered beyond the production capacity of the machine.

For example, if your machine produces 500lbs per day, delivery beyond 500lbs of ice would incur an additional charge.

4. The root cause of the issue is not an equipment malfunction. Or if the issue is being caused by the site environment, service or ice delivery charges apply.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing issues (water pressure, hot water migration, etc.)
  • Electrical issues (GFCI outlets, etc.)
  • Weather (storms, snow, hot or cold temperatures)
  • Equipment Misuse

5. Cleanings beyond the manufacturer's recommendations. These additional cleanings are caused by site environment, and we recommend joining our Preventative Maintenance Program

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Water quality with high mineral content
  • Air quality with high amounts of grease, yeast, coffee grounds, dust etc.
  • Click here for more information about supplemental cleaning options.

Other Fees

  • Service Fee when service is confirmed, and the site is not ready for service
  • Service Fee when service is confirmed and there is no one on site.

For more info, see our terms and conditions and a list of what is included here
