Service: What to Expect

After we receive your request, our service team will reach out to schedule. 


You can expect a follow up over the phone, or email. 


Once service is confirmed, we’ll keep in touch and send

  • (1) a confirmation email a day before our appointment 
  • (2) a text and a call from our technician when they are in route
  • (3) a text and email to rate your satisfaction
  • (4) an emailed service report


If charges apply, an invoice will be emailed to the billing contact on file. 

 

Kindly review our requirements for service to avoid any unexpected service charges.

For Leasing Customers, if additional parts are required to make the unit functional, we will follow up to confirm when the parts will be ready. Call 312-733-3900 to set up recurring ice delivery if your machine is not producing ice while waiting on parts to be installed.
