After service is confirmed and scheduled with a member of our dispatch team, we’ll keep in touch and send: a confirmation text and email, your technician will call you when they are in route, and you will be emailed a service report. Expect an emailed invoice to the billing contact we have on file.
Before your Preventative Maintenance, we kindly ask:
- Power off your ice machine 24 hours prior.
- Remove the ice from the ice bin before the technician arrives. We recommend stocking up your service wells and/or beverage stations. There is an ice removal fee of $150 if the ice is not removed.
- Clear the surrounding area of the equipment. Make sure nothing is on top, side, and in front of the unit so the technician can access and service the unit.
For Leasing Customers:
- Empire Cooler provides cleanings according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Our dispatch team will be happy to confirm if you are due for a cleaning, or if an additional cleaning would incur charge.
- Empire Cooler will deliver or reimburse ice for 1/2 the ice bin capacity so the ice machine can get caught up, and you have ice after your cleaning.
