Empire Cooler Service delivers ice in the Chicagoland Area seven days a week from 8am-9pm (CT).
We cannot guarantee same day delivery and recommend ordering 24-48 hours in advance.
Empire’s leasing program includes complimentary breakdown ice when your machine is broken and in need of repair. We make our best effort to deliver ice to leasing customers in the Chicagoland Area and offer recurring ice deliveries when your ice machine is waiting on parts for repair. Additional ice delivery can be purchased for catering events or times of high demand when your machine is not producing enough ice to accommodate increased volume.
Ice is not reimbursed, and delivery charges apply for ice when the unit is functional, or out of scope services are required to make the equipment functional (like a plumber, electrician, or exterminator).
