Empire Cooler Service is not privy to why an automatic payment declines.
Generally, an automatic payment can decline because of any changes to the card, or insufficient funds.
The automatic payment system will attempt to pull the payment 2-4 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, Empire Cooler Service will notify you of your balance due by sending an account statement mid-month. Please contact us as soon as possible to provide an alternative payment form.
