Empire Cooler Service delivers ice in the Chicago area for a fee and a per-bag charges on a limited first-come first-served basis Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Empire is no longer providing complimentary, breakdown or so-called 'free emergency' ice as a part of its leasing programs. Similarly, Empire is no longer providing reimbursement of ice for any lease customer for any reason.
