Empire Cooler Service delivers ice in the Chicagoland Area Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm.
We cannot guarantee same day delivery and recommend ordering 24 to 48 hours in advance.
All ice is transported in refrigerated trucks to ensure proper temperature control during delivery. Orders require a 20 bag minimum.
Empire’s leasing program includes complimentary breakdown ice when your machine is broken and in need of repair. We make our best effort to deliver ice to leasing customers in the Chicagoland Area and offer recurring ice deliveries when your ice machine is waiting on parts for repair. Additional ice delivery can be purchased for catering events or times of increased demand. Orders for leasing customers require a 10 bag minimum.
Complementary ice is not included when the equipment is making ice and there is no mechanical problem. Ice is not delivered or reimbursed when out of scope services are required to make the equipment functional (like a plumber, electrician, or exterminator). Reimbursement applies to standard bagged ice only and cannot exceed the machine’s 24-hour ice capacity. Specialty ice is excluded. See our terms for details.
