How do I request an equipment removal or cancel my contract?

Your contract will be cancelled and billing will stop once the equipment is returned. Open invoices are pro-rated to the date removed.

• 30 days notice of contract cancellation is required.
• Early termination fees apply if the contract is cancelled within the initial term. Early termination fee is 12 months of the lease price or the remainder of the initial lease term, whichever is less.
