Our leases are designed to provide you with the best value for what you need. All include professional installation, commissioning and support as defined in each lease-type. They also include removal after the end of the contract.
Our national technician base can support almost every need you may have, but we do charge for certain requests. The specifics are listed in the Terms and Conditions at www.empirecooler.com/termsandconditions.
In general we are happy to accommodate your needs for the following, but they are not included in any lease:
- Equipment relocation, moving, or re-Installation.
- Equipment disconnection and reconnection to a fountain beverage unit.
- Servicing of equipment that is not owned/leased by Empire Cooler.
- Cleaning beyond the manufacturer’s requirements
- Removal of biologics at times other than the annual cleaning
All environments and facilities are different. We do our best to support however we will charge certain fees or hourly rates if we are called-to a site that has non-equipment related problems, including issues with electrical, plumbing, or ventilation. Please ask your salesperson about your situation. In the end you will be more satisfied knowing what is what.
Other Fees
- Early Termination Fee. If your equipment is in the initial 3-year term, and you need to cancel, you will owe an early termination fee.
- No-Show Fee when service is confirmed, we arrive, but you are not present.
- Service Fee when service is confirmed, we arrive, and obstructions prevent work form being perfomred.
