Will I get notified if my auto-payment declined?

Empire Cooler Service will notify you by sending monthly statements with a balance due. We are unable to send notifications for payments that are declined. However, your invoices and statements are sent monthly and provide an accurate statement of your account. 

 

Be sure to open your statement in the mail each month and check your emails from ar@empirecooler.com to make sure your account is current.
