Requirements for Service

1. Equipment is Accessible 

No obstructions to the machine, nothing sits on top of equipment. Empire is not able to move, alter, or touch equipment that is not property of Empire.  

 

2. Environment is Safe 

Any safety or health hazards are reason to refuse service and apply a service fee.  

Includes but is not limited to infestations, electrical or plumbing not up to code.  

 

3. On-Site Contact Present 

A liaison must be on site when our technician arrives, provides service, and leaves. Our service team will check out with you to ensure all issues are resolved. 

 

4. Payment 

All invoices on the account should be paid to receive service. If there is an outstanding balance at the time-of-service request, our AR department will reach out before service can be scheduled.

A fee of $225 will be assessed for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
